Tip 8 for Being a Better Leader: Mind the do-it-all Pitfall

Good leadership involves both how you respond in the moment with your team and how your team responds without you around. You cannot and should not make every decision, even if you are an elite micro-manager. What you can do through anticipatory leadership is to prepare your team for those decisions and have processes clearly defined. There are decisions that only you should make so make sure your team knows where that line stands.
