Wednesday Wellness: Thanksgiving Edition
Beyond being thankful for the four-day work week, what are you grateful for? This is a great time to reflect on where you’re at and where you’d like to be. And then recognize that while it’s always great to strive for improvement, you already have a lot to offer the world. Take a moment to be thankful for how far you’ve already come and to appreciate what you already have. We’ve got a few affirmations to help you do just that:
