And with that same winning attitude you’ve been bringing to your job, you’ll be able to stay strong in the face of adversity. Check out these three affirmations for a mid-week mood boost:

Don’t take momentary professional issues personally. Everyone makes mistakes! And everyone encounters difficulties–your boss and co-workers included. Remember that you’ve gotten past every obstacle before. You have the strength to get through every temporary difficulty and keep shining.
