Wednesday Wellness! Positivity Series: Part 6
While this week we may be focusing on how to turn your temporary position into a permanent role, it’s important to keep in mind that not everything in this life is permanent–if you experience a tough moment at work or a rough experience in life, remember that the pain is temporary. And with that same winning attitude you’ve been bringing to your job, you’ll be able to stay strong in the face of adversity. Check out these three affirmations for a mid-week mood boost:
- “I am brave enough to handle the pain in my life: it is one moment here, then it is gone!”
- “I forgive myself for past failures.”
- “The things that I went through did not define who I am.”
Don’t take momentary professional issues personally. Everyone makes mistakes! And everyone encounters difficulties–your boss and co-workers included. Remember that you’ve gotten past every obstacle before. You have the strength to get through every temporary difficulty and keep shining.
