Monday Mood Booster: Light
The days are getting longer. It’s lighter out later every day. While we may still be deep in the midst of winter, there’s no reason not to look to the little things in life as causes for celebration. This week, we ask you to focus on not just the light outside, but the positivity you can project into your workplace and the greater world around you:
- “On all levels of my being and awareness I send only light and love.”
- “Light glows from every cell of my body, with each step I am whole.”
- “As I step forward into the light I shed what has not been serving my life purpose.”
Focus both on where you’ve been and where you’re going. Everyone is emerging out of the darkness together–especially here in Boston with its own special brand of winter dreariness!
