Feel Good Friday: Light
Happy Friday! We’ve loved having a chance this week to reflect on the theme of light and all of the ways it can manifest in both you and your workplace. Remember that your positive energy can also serve as a way to further connect you to others, leading the way for your colleagues as well as lifting them up. We’re ending the week with three thoughts on how to keep your positive energy going and glowing:
- “I am lovingly centered in the light and bright.”
- “I enjoy radiant energy from within.”
- “I AM living life in center stage NOW. I am a Shining Star!”
As we approach the weekend, remember to bring all of the light you’ve been radiating all the way through Saturday and Sunday back to Monday. And keep on shining! We’ll see you back here Monday for more of our Mood Boosters.
