Monday Mood Booster: Partnership
Think of collaborating with your staffing agency as a partnership. And any good partnership takes work–start by getting into the right frame of mind. While the sayings for today that we’ve collected might have their origins in romantic relationships (we’ve got Valentine’s Day on the brain!), you can apply any or all of the below to working with us, your on-site colleagues, and all of your interpersonal interactions:
- “I treat my partner the way I want to be treated.”
- “I can build the lasting relationship of my dreams.”
- “All of my relationships are long-term and offer a positive, loving experience.”
Take each relationship in your life one step at a time. Within a workplace context, one way to manifest this idea is knowing when to listen to your boss and co-workers and when to speak up. Building up lasting partnerships does require effort. But in the end, that effort will prove more than worth it as you and everyone in your life are able to operate in concert.
