Monday Mood Booster: Positivity
Welcome back! All of the changes occurring to a lot of workplaces right now can be overwhelming; you might be feeling like it’s difficult to stay afloat in your new working environment. But in the words of Dory the Pacific blue tang fish from Finding Nemo, “Just keep swimming!” Today’s affirmations are geared towards giving you an extra mood boost to do just that:
- “I feel the love of those who are not physically around me.”
- “There is nobody better to get the job done than me.”
- “I create a safe and secure space for myself wherever I am.”
Wherever you are, know that you’re not alone. Make sure you’re staying in touch with both your staffing agency and your on-site supervisors, both so that they can help you and that you can help them. Look to your colleagues, too, for support–and make sure to support them, too, whenever you’re able! Check back in tomorrow for even more ways to keep going amidst a time of transition.
