Happy Friday! As we close out the week, remind yourself that you’ve already made it this far. Throughout this week and throughout your life, you’ve been building up skills to help yourself become more and more resilient–the methods we’ve highlighted this week just serve as concrete ways to develop what’s already there, and to help you view resilience as something that you can actively work on rather than a passive part of your identity.
