Feel Good Friday: Readjust
Happy Friday! Your transition back into the weekend is in sight. This is an adjustment, too. Just as you’re able to adjust with ease to this change, you can reframe your thinking so that coming back to work after time off isn’t a hurdle–rather, it’s a part of life that you’ve already successfully navigated. Use what you’ve learned throughout this week, as well as all the weeks that have led up to it, to propel yourself forward. We’re finishing up the work week with this phenomenal set of curated sayings for you today:
- “The only person who can defeat me is myself.”
- “Change is a wonderful learning experience for me.”
- “I will make today a great day.”
Change offers up opportunities. Thinking of change as learning experiences that add to your ability to make each and every day great is key to approaching your work with a positive mindset. The best way to readjust is to lean into the unknown, knowing that you will make it through. And know that all of your colleagues and bosses are taking that journey alongside you.
