Welcome to the week’s midpoint! You’ve braved every workplace challenge that has come your way between Monday and today. Keep up the great work! Rather than viewing any challenges to come as obstacles, think of them instead as learning opportunities about your own strengths. These opportunities will offer up the chance to reflect on your strong suits, bolstering your professional courage throughout the rest of the week and beyond. To help keep yourself in the right mindset, just remember the sayings we’re highlighting today:
- “I take action in the face of fear.”
- “I welcome challenges into my life.”
- “I am stronger than my problems. These uncomfortable feelings are only temporary. I will outlast this.”
You can make it through any sticky situation; remember that it is only temporary. Instead of lingering in discomfort, cultivate your bravery. Don’t let fear stop you in your tracks. Instead, take action. This will let you feel like you have control in whatever professional situation you’re encountering–and that’s because you really DO! You have the power to shape your own reactions to any workplace challenge. Know that whatever you’re encountering, you can pull through.
