Feel Good Friday: Learning

Happy Friday! Congratulations, you’ve made it to the end of your work week, learning and growing all along the way. And the best way to keep that momentum going is to end the week on a positive note. Remember your own capabilities as you apply your thirst for knowledge to life both within both professional settings and beyond. It’s okay if you don’t master a new skill on the first try–the important thing is to keep striving. Know that you can get there. Practice and persistence are key, and there is ample joy to be found in seeking out new workplace knowledge. We’re highlighting these sayings today to help keep you in the right frame of mind:

 

 

Learning and retaining new information doesn’t have to feel like a chore; instead think of it as a fun challenge! You can process any new knowledge that comes your way, even if you need a moment or two to absorb it. Don’t beat yourself up over any gaps in your knowledge. Everyone has their own unique areas of opportunity. Maintain your focus on growing and improving–if you were already perfect, there’d be nothing new to learn! And, after all, you’re only human.
