Happy Hump Day! At the week’s midpoint, we’re providing a bit of levity to help cheer you up. While the current, unprecedented circumstances are no joke, finding sources of joy and humor can help brighten up even the darkest of days. The act of smiling itself also provides a boost to your mood! While the sayings we’re highlighting today won’t magically solve all of your problems, we hope they’ll at least provide you with a good laugh. So utilize it! Putting forth any effort in tackling whatever obstacles are in your way still means accomplishing more than nothing, no matter how small you may feel those successes are. Don’t give up. Do certainly take time to rest and recover, to engage in self-care and address your unique set of circumstances.
