During these unprecedented times, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the enormity of the unusual circumstances we’re facing. Which is why today we want to remind you again to take a moment to center yourself, to allow yourself to be fully present in your professional environment, and to take things day by day. Ground yourself by remembering to inhabit the physical space that you’re in rather than getting lost in thought. The sayings we’re highlighting for you today will help keep you living in the here and now:



It’s important to find mindfulness where you can, wherever it is that you are; staying centered will help you concentrate on what it is you have the power to change in your professional environment and beyond. Though make sure to remember that it is a skill to be practiced, and something to strive towards, so it’s okay if you’re not an expert right off the bat. You are still full of your own personal strengths, exciting skills that you can develop each day. And you don’t have to have all the answers all at once!
