Wednesday Wellness: Clarity

Happy Hump Day! And welcome to the week’s midpoint. This is a perfect time to take stock of both how far you’ve come this week and how far you’d like to reach towards your goals by the week’s end. To help you dive into that exploration, make sure you’re also taking a moment to be fully in the present. Utilizing your senses to take stock of your physical surroundings is a great way to ground yourself in the moment. To help you maintain that mindful state, check out the below sayings that we’ve curated for you today:
- “I will manage the stimuli around me.”
- “With every passing day and with every big or small experience, I gain more and more clarity.”
- “I no longer allow myself to be distracted from my goals.”
Know that whatever sensory input is occurring around you is manageable, as are any mental interferences. And know that whatever our present, unprecedented circumstances bring your way, every single experience offers up the opportunity to grow and gain further clarity. You don’t have to passively react to the situations you encounter. Instead, take an active role. Choose to not be distracted. Choose to strive for clarity, and to take steps towards your goals. Join us again tomorrow as we investigate more ways to create and maintain clarity in any workplace!
