Happy Hump Day! As we’re at the work week’s midpoint, today is an excellent day to consider both how far you’ve come, and how far you’d like to strive to reach. And as the new year approaches, this is a great point in time to think about new directions that you’d like to explore in the coming year, and about how to apply your previous career experience to new pathways in your current workplace. Taking on new responsibilities in your current role will help open up even more doors for you, both in your present professional environment and other potential roles. And you can always find inspiration for those dreams within the paths you’ve already tread and the people you already know all around you in your workplace community, even as you seek to explore new opportunities within your workplace and beyond.
