Happy Hump Day! There’s no better day to hit pause and consider ways to maintain a sense of balance and steadiness within your workplace than the week’s midpoint! Maintaining a steady pace throughout your week, and throughout each day, is key to professional success. So, instead of becoming bogged down by your workload (or thoughts of the upcoming snowy forecast) or distracted by end of year excitement, find your calm by focusing on the present.
