Feel Good Friday: Light
Happy Friday! Today we’re bringing the week to a close by continuing to provide ways you can shine a light on a bright path forward for you and all of your colleagues. Remember that your successes don’t exist in a vacuum but are instead the result of the contributions of your communities in the workplace and beyond. To achieve your dreams–together–focus on both how you can lead by example, as well as by drawing out the best in others. The sayings we’ve collected today will help you do just that:

Let yourself be a guiding light. Leadership also involves enabling others to find their own unique strengths and let those shine. Recognize your own strengths as much as you seek to amplify the strengths and successes of others. As you head into the weekend, remember the huge impact you already have on those around you–you have the power to make a difference in their lives.
