Feel Good Friday: Day by Day
Congratulations! You’ve made it to the end of the work week–again! Taking things day to day, week to week, is a helpful way to take the overwhelming task of living in these unprecedented times and break that experience down into smaller, more manageable chunks, much like how you would take an overwhelming work project and break it down into smaller steps. Keep taking things day to day. It’ll help keep you moving forward. And to help you remember to proceed one step at a time, we’ve curated the following sayings for you today:
- “I respect the journey even when I do not understand it.”
- “I have all that I need to make today a great day.”
- “I believe in myself now.”
Believe in yourself today and every day. The going may be tough, but you have the strength to keep going. And you don’t have to take that journey by yourself. You can always look to your friends and colleagues for inspiration in your professional environment and beyond. Know that you already possess everything you need to make each and every day a great day. Be sure to unplug and rest up this weekend!
