Feel Good Friday: Balance

Happy Friday! We’re excited to close out the week with a consideration of the various ways in which you can strive to find balance in order to contribute to a greater sense of equilibrium both in your professional environment and beyond. As it’s Friday, you might be feeling very excited about the weekend! For the best way to stay balanced today, remember to maintain that positive energy throughout all of the day rather than allowing it to extinguish in one burst. We know you’re more than capable of doing so! To help inspire you and keep you in the right mindset, check out the sayings below that we’ve highlighted for you today:
- “I commit myself to developing the highest level of balance in my life.”
- “I remain balanced under extreme stress.”
- “I am happy, content and at peace with who I am right now.”
Developing balance is something that takes practice. Make sure that you’re taking small steps each and every day towards that goal rather than trying to achieve that highest level of balance all at once–taking things one step at a time will help best set you up for success. And while we certainly hope you haven’t had to deal with extreme stress this week, we know that stressful circumstances do arrive in the workplace. Hang onto your positivity during these times, keeping in mind that every challenge offers up opportunities to learn and grow, and you’ll be able to remain balanced no matter what. Accepting who you are and where you’re at right now are also key components to establishing and maintaining a sense of balance within the workplace and beyond. It’s okay to be a work in progress while striving towards your goals. And you’ve already had plenty of successes if you’ve made it this far–which you have! Have a great weekend, and we’ll see you back here on Monday for our newest set of Mood Boosters.
