One should continuously seek to improve upon their knowledge. Learning new material is not a measure of that which you didn’t know before; it’s both a measure of how far you’ve come and a prelude to all that lay on the horizon.
There will always be new information and material available to learn. The secret is knowing that you don’t, in fact, know it all, and knowing that admitting a lack of knowledge is not an indication of ignorance or failure.
