When it feels like everything around you is going wrong, it’s important to pause, breathe, and put things into perspective. Fear and anxiety can prevent us from doing this, which just causes more stress. When you experience this, remember to take a moment and put everything in to perspective. Clear your mind, take a breath, and you’ll be much more capable of thinking of an action plan.
