Welcome to the week’s midpoint! Today we’re considering “cozy” in terms of being comfortable with yourself. This will allow you to build up your confidence, which will enhance your workplace performance and enable you to feel equipped in seeking to make strides forward in your career. The goal is to be comfortable without being complacent. And today’s highlighted sayings below will help you to strike the perfect balance:

 

 

During this snowy week, take the time that you’re indoors to practice listening to yourself and learning to trust your own instincts. Even if these instincts sometimes lead you astray, your aim is to build up a stronger sense of intuition that will allow you to more easily avoid errors in the future while also more smoothly recovering from any mistakes that you have made. Know that it’s okay to make mistakes—after all, you’re only human, and everyone makes the occasional error. The most important thing is how you move on from them. As you do so, make sure you’re not comparing yourself to others. And make sure to join us again tomorrow for even more tips on how to feel comfortable in any professional environment.
