Wednesday Wellness: Guidance
Happy Hump Day! Today we’re here to provide you with confidence in seeking out guidance from mentors. Remember, too, that you have a lot to offer any mentor! A true mentor-mentee relationship is a partnership. And everything you learn over the course of that partnership has a practical application in both your workplace and beyond. The quotations we’ve curated for you today will help you keep all of that in mind as you move forward through the rest of your week:

Seeking out and receiving guidance is not your end goal here. In forming these educational relationships, you are truly forming relationships–ones that holistically take into account the strengths of both you and your mentors.
