Happy Hump Day! You’ve made it to the middle of the week and you can make it through the rest of what your work week has in store–and anything the world throws your way, in your workplace and beyond. Just as spring provides a chance for new growth after the cold and darkness of winter, keep your chin up and an eye out for the light at the end of the tunnel. We’ve collected a few short and sweet sayings for today’s Wednesday Wellness just in case you need a quick bit of hopeful strength today:
There might be a lot that is out of your control right now; know that that’s a phenomenon everyone is experiencing. Just as you’ve already made it this far, you can grow the strength you’ve already built up to navigate your way forward. It’s important to find the resilience and comfort you can in the choices that you CAN make. Choose hope. Even though navigating new challenges in the world and your workplace might feel scary, we know that you have the fortitude to power through, to do the best that you can even under less than ideal circumstances.
